SECTION 4 – WOOCOMMERCE
Our store is hosted on web hosting accounts controlled by NEMR8 LLC, the company that operates this website. WooCommerce provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
This website utilizes the general WooCommerce application to store information that you provide when ordering from us. This information is stored on the data storage and databases of NEMR8 LLC’s website host. This information includes:
- What products you ordered and when
- Name, e-mail address, and phone number provided by you
- Billing (and optionally: shipping) address entered by you
- A note about payment method used by you
Depending on your payment method, your credit card data may be stored by the third-party payment gateway services listed on our Checkout Page. Your data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is used only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction(s).
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store participates in Facebook.com’s Custom Audience Program, which allows us to display personalized ads, to subscribers on our email lists and customers & visitors of our store (“LONG LIVE THE HEMP Visitors”), when they visit Facebook.com. We may provide to Facebook.com your personal information, such as email address & phone number, which allows them to determine if you are a registered account holder with Facebook.
