We’re not only in it because of the “Green Rush” — but because our founder Alexander’s dad was in a car accident, and he’s been on the long road to recovery since 2015. After trying hemp oils from at least 6 other manufacturers, and testing over a dozen products, he firmly believes that LONG LIVE THE HEMP finally provides the solutions to his problems — at last. He carries those values into our business. He invites you to try our products and feel the difference for yourself!
If you use any of our products for 15 days, and you have carefully followed all instructions for recommended dosage, and yet you’re not 100% satisfied… Alexander and his dad insist that we give you a refund.
Your refund request MUST include the following:
- Proof that you have completed the instructions on getting a baseline, and taken notes on how you feel after taking recommended dosage (take a picture of your completed instruction sheet)
- Assurance that you have been taking the recommended dosage exactly as instructed
- Advise us as to whether you are taking Dutch Nutrient with, before or after other products; and if so, what products are they
If we find you don’t meet the above requirements, we may suggest going to the recommended dose and then providing feedback.
After we approve your refund request, you will get an email confirmation back within 12-24 hours, 365 days a year, with instructions to return the product. Customer is responsible for return shipping, plus a 20% admin fee. We are not responsible for lost packages.
*i.e. 10ml and 30ml bottles of Dutch Nutrient Elite. THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO WHOLESALE/BULK ORDERS, WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
Damage During Shipping
LONG LIVE THE HEMP products are carefully packed for shipping to ensure they arrive at your door safe and sound. All shipments are inspected before leaving our fulfillment center.
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your product(s) to ensure they have not been damaged in transit. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
If you believe the product(s) have been damaged due to carrier error, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed information, including attached pictures of the damage.
For Orders Made Through Our Checkout: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to review your request. When we approve your request, we will issue you a replacement at no additional cost, and as with any regular order, we will email you the tracking number.
For Wholesale/Bulk Orders: Wholesale/bulk orders are higher-value shipments, often requiring insurance. After we receive your request, we will stay in touch with you regarding resolution.
This Refund Policy is updated from time to time to reflect the latest hemp regulations.
